The Infrastructure Service Desk is dedicated to providing seamless, 24x7 real-time support to our customers. All users at SAS are our customers, and we are committed to providing excellent customer service to our user community.
Duties entail assisting with Media Management and Audit processes, customer support for restore processes, and project work including documenting/validating/updating procedures. This intern would also have the opportunity to act as Incident Coordinator, as we handle all major incidents for SAS. Our customer base would afford the intern an opportunity to interface with multiple departments at SAS and have exposure to several different operating systems and applications.
What are we looking for?
University students only, please, studying Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering. It must be an accredited program.
