As a member of the SAS Advanced Analytics and Optimization Service (AAOS), you will support customer analytic needs through data discovery, analysis, solution development and implementation in the area of operations research and related technologies.
You will participate in solution development and end-to-end customer projects involving advanced analytics. A key aspect of this role is to engage the customer from all levels, including executive and business sponsor, to drive and processes, adoption, and ensure project success. You will be involved in a variety of analytical engagements across different industries, often with high visibility to and direct interaction with customer senior management. You will be part of a team of experts with different specialized skill sets. Your role will include translating business requirements into analytic models, analyzing client data, applying technical expertise to solve the analytical models, and implementing analytical solutions. All areas of operations research are addressed, including mathematical programming, discrete event simulation, and predictive modeling.
