The Risk Research and Quantitative Solutions division at SAS is looking for strong and energetic computer scientists to join our team f in a software development role. We are actively working on software to ward off a collapse of the US and international banking systems. SAS products are used by most major banks around the world.
As an intern you will contribute to the entire software development cycle on a cutting edge product. This product uses innovative technologies and current software development languages such as Hadoop, Java, HTML5, and Java Script to solve problems in our stress testing product. You will be responsible for research, development, and documentation for mid-tier work performed.
This is a year-round, part time internship opportunity. The ideal candidate would be able to work an average of 10-20 hours per week during the academic school year, and full time during the summer. We have a need for this internship to start as a soon as a possible. This position will be located in our office in Cary, NC.
What are we looking for?
Bachelors or Masters students studying computer science. It must be an accredited program.
Must not be graduating prior to December 2018
