    We are looking for a software developer experienced in design and development of microservices.

    SAS Fraud & Financial Crimes Solutions division develops a robust and comprehensive suite of solutions that includes Anti-Money Laundering, Customer Due Diligence, Peer Group Analysis, Currency Transaction Reporting, Real-time Sanctions and Public Security.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Developing new products and enhancing existing products
    • Refactoring portions of the product code to evolve over time
    • Assisting in writing external and internal documentation
    • Building a robust integration test suite
    • Providing support to customers and performing other duties as assigned


    Essential experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of software development experience
    • Minimum 3 years of Java development experience (preferred Java 8)
    • Experience in developing and testing REST services using Java technology stacks
    • Experience in using ORM tools, Spring Framework and other open source libraries
    • Experience with Linux & shell scripting


    Preferred experience:

    • Exposure to other JVM based programming languages like Groovy, Scala or Clojure
    • Experience with a cloud platform
    • Experience in developing single-page HTML5 apps using AngularJS or similar frameworks
    • Hadoop experience
