    The Fraud and Security Intelligence Practice has multiple positions available for experienced Software Development Test Engineers, with an emphasis on automation and regression testing for the suite of SAS Compliance Solution Products. The products include Anti-Money Laundering, Customer Due Diligence, Peer Group Analysis, Real-Time Fraud and Regulatory Reporting associated with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and FinCEN filing requirements. 

     

    Responsibilities across the range of test engineer positions include design and development of automated and regression testing for compliance solutions products in accordance with software quality expectations. Additional responsibilities include coordinates with stakeholders (i.e. Test Engineers, Software Developers and Management) to ensure testing tools satisfies requirement of software quality and functionality; Participates in project scoping and scheduling; Tracks progress of individual tasks and communicates status and risks; Designs, develops, and executes test plans, and test scenarios; Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action; And, additional duties as assigned.

     

    *Hire level will be determined based on candidate’s skills, experience and related knowledge based on the below requirements and preferred skills. We are currently in a growth mode looking for all levels of experience to help us with our expansion in Fraud and Security Intelligence.

     

    Essential:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience developing automation and regression testing for distributed applications or web services across Linux or Cloud based environments.
    • Demonstrated experience testing HTML applications, using Java, JavaScript, REST services and, or AngularJS
    • Working knowledge of open-source tools like Hibernate, Spring Framework components (including Spring Core, Data, Security, Boot and Cloud), Elasticsearch, Docker
    • Ability to design and develop of testing components with minimal supervision
    • Ability to formulate and adhere to good development and testing practices

    Additional:

    • Experience with Agile development practices
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
    • Ability to work within as a key member of a technical team

    Preferences (Ideal candidates will have some or all of the below in addition to the above requirements)        

    • SAS Base or Advanced Programming Certification
    • Profecient with test automation tools (Selenium, LoadRunner, Cucumber, Protractor, etc.)
    • Demonstrated experience with SQL and databases such as DB2, Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata
    • Demonstrated experience in BSA and FinCEN regulatory environment

    Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered
