    SAS is moving our development teams and software into the cloud under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.  This is an opportunity to be part of a first of its kind product and service here at SAS!  We are looking for a strong, diverse and talented engineer to help us get there. 

     

    As part of an agile team delivering cloud infrastructure, code and architectural guidance you will be working across the boundaries of development, test, information technology and enterprise hosting to pursue new challenges focused on the Customer Intelligence domain.

    Essential Skills:

    • 3+ years of programming experience in object oriented or scripting languages
    • 2+ years of experience deploying & administering systems within Amazon Web Services (with tools like CloudFormation and CodeDeploy)
    • 2+ years of experience working with continuous delivery technologies (such as Jenkins, Hudson, or others)
    • Experience with Linux systems

    Preferences:

    • AWS Certification
    • Java or Python experience
    • Extensive experience automating tasks
