As a Development Software Tester within the Quality User-Driven Enterprise Software Testing division, you will collaborate with the Advanced Analytics Research and Development team to test the SAS Data Mining solutions. SAS Data Mining solutions offer a wide variety of predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms. A user interface and self-documenting process flow enable users to quickly develop and deploy models. Both analytical professionals and business analysts have access to a common, easy-to-interpret visual view of the analytic results.
We are looking for energetic, hard-working, highly motivated individuals to take initiative in a fast-paced, diverse, matrixed team environment by providing guidance, direction and leadership to accomplish project goals. Duties include validating functional requirements by utilizing the product interactively to create and validate “customer like” scenarios, evaluating test coverage, constructing test programs, maintaining test plans, as well as documenting, tracking, verifying defects and performing other duties as assigned. You will collaborate with management, developers, and other testers to provide testing of the SAS Data Mining products during the development and maintenance phases.
