We are looking for a Product Manager within SAS’ Fraud and Security Intelligence Division. As a Product Manager, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and you will direct and manage the development of market requirements, solution vision, roadmap, messaging and competitive intelligence for SAS’s fraud products and offerings. You will also work directly with software designers and research and development to design and architect for our fraud products and offerings.
Your primary responsibilities in this role will include the following: Managing the Market Requirements documentation (MRD) for our products and offerings; Working directly with R&D to define features, scope and release cycles; Creation of the Solution Vision & Roadmap(s); Engage customers/prospects, and field staff for market requirements and prioritization; Contribute business and domain expertise for requirements, pricing, positioning and sales collateral strategies; Supporting product launch and rollout initiatives; Supporting customer, prospect and industry analyst engagements; Interact directly with senior leadership teams across SAS to drive this initiative.
Also included within your scope of responsibilities will be ensuring knowledge transfer of the solution to Customers, Professional Services, Marketing and Sales; evaluating contribution to overall product line portfolio and making recommendations, including new market opportunities, product retirements or buy/build/partner activities; creating Executive Briefing documents to drive decision-making process; participating in customer briefings and sales support activities at a strategic level; and reducing broad concepts and complex business strategies into structured product management plans.
