    As a Sr. Associate Information Systems Engineer you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, documenting and customizing images utilized for training globally and domestically for all SAS 9 and SAS Viya platforms.


    Your responsibilities will include; supporting and maintaining existing reservation systems utilized for global training events; installing and configuring SAS and 3rd party software on various operating systems in a single and multi-tier environment; provide troubleshooting and general support for training images; set-up course-specific data and metadata; creating and maintaining thorough documentation detailing installation and configuration details for training images



    Essential Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or other quantitative field
    • 3+ years of experience with installation and configuration of enterprise software
    • Experience with installing, configuring, deploying and supporting various operating systems in a single and multi-tier environment
    • Experience with Windows, Linux and other operating systems

    Equivalent Essential Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree in the same fields with 5 years of the stated essential qualifications ~OR~
    • High School diploma (GED) with 7 years of the stated essential qualifications


    • Advanced problem solving, decision-making, written, oral, interpersonal communication and organizational skills; including the ability to effectively communicate with users with various technical backgrounds
    • Ability to work independently or with a team effectively
    • Ability to conceptualize needs and translate into specific implementation strategies


    • Experience with installation and configuration of SAS software in a single and multi-tier environment on various operating systems
    • Experience with ansible
    • Experience with LDAP and Active Directory
    • Experience with scripting languages
    • Experience with SAS programming language
    • Experience with JAVA programming language
