SAS Analytical Education Intern – Summer 2019
Here in Advanced Analytics Education, we develop and deliver educational assets in machine learning, statistics, data science, and AI that are used in universities and with SAS users around the world. We also provide analytical consulting services within SAS to improve our own business!
If you spend the summer with us, you’ll review course content before it goes out to the world, contribute to training materials on some of the hottest new technologies and algorithms, and work with senior staff to develop interesting models that derive value from messy and complex data.
The summer internship will last 10-12 weeks and all interns be located in our world headquarters in Cary, North Carolina.
Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, machine learning, data mining, or related quantitative field.
R programming, SAS Enterprise Miner, SAS Wrapper for Analytic Transfer (SWAT) package for Python and/or R.
An interest in teaching, specifically in machine learning and/or statistics.
GPA of 3.5 or higher.
