    As Manager, EVAAS Training Services, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of training for teachers, administrators, key stakeholders, and others who use the Education Value-Added Assessment System (EVAAS) reporting application.

    Primary Responsibilities:


    • Manage a team of Educator Support Specialists (ESS).
    • Assess customers’ training needs and propose appropriate packages of training services.
    • Provide ongoing training for the ESS to ensure the accuracy of training sessions and materials.
    • Create and design training sessions that meet the needs of various professional development goals for teachers, administrators, and beyond.
    • Deliver activity-based training sessions for customers/users that are highly engaging and technically informative.
    • Utilize multiple training platforms, including face-to-face sessions, live virtual webinars, and recorded webinars.
    • Oversee content development for in-person training and e-learning.
    • Write and edit training materials and documents.
    • Maintain high standards for accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness in the training curriculum and materials.
    • Lead the training team in continuous process improvement.
    • Participate in client calls to share training-related information with each client.
    • Interact with other functional teams within EVAAS.

    Essential Requirements:


    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an education-related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in K-12.
    • 2+ years of experience delivering training for adults.
    • 2+years of experience with EVAAS reporting.




    • Experience working in a school district’s central office or state education agency.
    • Working knowledge of Camtasia Studio or an equivalent technology.


    Additional Skills and Abilities:


    • MS Office Suite, with an emphasis on MS PowerPoint proficiency.
    • Excellent training and facilitation skills, including developing and delivering highly engaging sessions.
    • Thorough education industry expertise.
    • Good problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and with a team.
    • Ability to travel up to 25%.
