Your Contribution to SAS
Our Educational Technologies group within SAS Technical Support helps the next generation of SAS users. You will be part of a team in which students help students – whether those learners are traditional college students, career changers, or just those interested in increasing their skills.
You will assist our customers via phone and email with acquiring and installing free learning tools offered by SAS. In doing so, you will improve your ability to communicate complicated technical matters. You will also interact with experienced Technical Support professionals from whom you can learn about a wide range of technologies. Interns sometimes take on additional projects to fill a need and to build their own skills.
We also encourage our interns to work closely together. Teamwork makes this internship more enjoyable, productive, and valuable.
Full-time, year-round interns: This internship at our world headquarters in Cary, NC. We will be filling this position as soon as possible. The hours for this position range from 8:00am – 6:00pm.
