  • Overview


    Summary of Duties: Provide consulting services, including solution development, implementation and project closeout at customer sites. Assist sales teams with sales activities and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate on implementation projects and special projects as assigned. Provide reliable delivery of targeted project results through role as expert in the application of specific SAS methodologies, projects and technologies. Understand, utilize and communicate best practice methodologies and industry standards internally and externally. Install SAS software solutions and any required supporting products for knowledge sharing and demonstration purposes. Participate in product and solution training to acquire and maintain a detailed level of product knowledge of core components of SAS offerings. Leverage detailed technical knowledge to support sales opportunities and implementations for the SAS Fraud Management product. Travel up to 50% domestic and international as business needs dictate.


    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field of study plus eight (8) years of technical consulting, programming, software engineering or related experience. Employer also accepts a Master's degree plus six (6) years of experience as an equivalent alternative. Must have three (3) years of experience with: RDBMS in a Unix/Linux environment such as DB2, Oracle, Teradata, MySQL, and Hadoop; at least one platform of Unix or Linux; shell scripting; architectural knowledge of enterprise systems; basic system and network administration.
