We are looking for a strong, talented, and experienced Director for our Customer Intelligence Testing team to help us continue to adopt and evolve our solutions. Our Customer Intelligence product is a cloud-based continuous-release product. You will be working across the boundaries of development, test, information technology and enterprise hosting to conquer new challenges for our division and company. You will be working as part of an elite agile team driving improvements and innovation in the Customer Intelligence solutions with responsibility for ensuring all releases meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking. The role requires strategic thinking and planning and providing expertise throughout the entire product development life cycle with a strong sense of quality ownership making sure that quality is baked in from the start.
