As a SAS Cloud Senior Project Manager, you will support the overall account strategy in the areas of ensuring delivery engagement quality and achieving high customer satisfaction for a strategic SAS Cloud portfolio account. Required qualifications
- Consulting, project or program management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, or computer science-related field.
- 8+ years of experience in external, customer-facing project management role.
- Experience as a Cloud Project Manager in a software development environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.
- Requires a minimum of five years of project management experience including applications development projects or adequate services experiences from other areas

As a member of the Midtier team, you will be playing a big part in the effort to secure SAS9 and keeping our customers happy. Our Legal Division is looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team! As a Legal Counsel, you will be providing legal advice and assistance throughout our organization. You will independently perform a full range of legal services and maintain a diverse workload, but your primary focus will be on negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including software licenses, hosted managed services agreements, and professional services agreements, with SAS customers and SAS vendors.
As a Legal Counsel you will:
- Working with internal groups including Sales, Finance, Professional Hosting and Services, and other departments to structure customer proposals and agreements
- Preparing and negotiating transactional agreements with customers and vendors, including license agreements, professional services agreements and hosted managed services agreement
- Managing legal business matters pertaining to SAS as assigned
- Providing a variety of general corporate and commercial legal services to a number of in-house clients
- Provide legal counsel and oversight for basic to complex legal matters affecting the company
- Regularly interacts with senior internal and external individuals
- Researches and analyzes proposed transactions, assesses risks and rewards, and recommends strategies to minimize risk to the company
- Leads contractual negotiations
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law by being admitted to and a member in good standing of at least one state bar
- 5-7yrs of legal experience.

- Create and maintain high quality test automation using modern development techniques and provide data points to support metrics-based decision making.

- Deploy and support robust SAS 9.4 test environments.

The Midtier Platform team in the SAS9 division is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test. The Midtier team is large in both size and scope.This team will contribute to all midtier Java efforts and support all partner engineer teams in both the current SAS9 team and LOBs. Their primary functions will be to secure the platform, improve the quality and performance and respond to field issues. This team will also need to modernize frameworks, update delivery configurations and deployments, and automate testing to all extents possible.
