    What you’ll do:

    In the Senior Associate Financial Operations Specialist role, you will directly support finance operations in an effort to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. Analyzes, defines, develops, refines and provides support for business and organizational procedures, processes, systems and initiatives, particularly in the procure to pay area.

     

    As a Sr Associate Financial Operations Specialist, you will:

    • Identify the business needs of the procure to pay track to help determine solutions to business problems.
    • Gather, organize and analyze information on processes, procedures and applications to support continuous improvements, enhancements and automations.
    • Assist with ERP design concepts and implementations, including creating and maintaining test plans and test scripts, and performing functional testing as needed.
    • Document and communicate business processes, systems improvements and procedure changes in a timely and effective manner.
    • Serve as an expert resource regarding business initiatives and programs and provides general direction and structure to implement corresponding activities and processes or to complete projects.
    • Analyze payables data reporting requirements within a business process and facilitate report development and validation
    • Ensure the smooth and effective operation of newly implemented processes or procedures and communicates the status of current projects in process to stakeholders.
    • Conduct operational effectiveness reviews of processes, procedures, systems and solutions.
    • Performs other duties, as assigned.

     

    What we’re looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
    • Bachelor’s degree or educational equivalent in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or quantitative field or related field of study.
    • Strong Relationship management skills
    • Excellent knowledge of Excel
    • Experience working with all levels of management
    • CPA preferred
