Summary of Duties: Provide advisory services to new and existing SAS customers. Provide support to internal groups such as sales and product management. Provide implementation and pre-sales support for the SAS Fraud and Security Intelligence technologies. Involvement in various phases of the implementation lifecycle including requirements, architecture/design, installation, development, testing and training. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and assess gaps in requirements or level of detail required to properly scope and plan implementations Assist in scoping and defining work efforts, resource plans, and estimating cost on phases/projects. Prepare and present materials for site visits, project work, and training services. Implement prototypes/demos for use in sales situations and site visits. Develop and maintain internal applications, intellectual property and tools.
Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or other quantitative field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Project Delivery Lead, AML Technology Manager, Vice President of Fraud Analytics, Software Engineer, Associate Consultant, or in technical applications delivery or compliance fraud.
The position requires experience with SAS, Python or R, PL/SQL, and Java. Requires experience with databases, such as Oracle, DB2 or Teredata. Requires experience with alert and case management. Requires experience with fraud detection and modeling. Requires experience with AML/CDD/KYC/Watch List Monitoring. Requires experience with Model Tuning and List Management. Requires experience with competitor knowledge, such as Actimize, Detica/Norkom/BAE or Mantas.
