What we do:

We’re the leader in analytics. Through our software and services, we inspire customers around the world to transform data into intelligence. Our curiosity fuels innovation, pushing boundaries, challenging the status quo and changing the way we live.

We believe diversity and inclusion is multi-dimensional – we have a culture that blends our different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives from 59 countries around the world.  A diverse workforce brings together unique talents and abilities that inspire teams to create software that can change the world. Great minds don’t always think alike, so we make it a priority to promote an environment where varied perspectives are encouraged.

This program is for current students who identify as Black or African American, Latinx, Indigenous, and other historically underrepresented students of color enrolled in an accredited degree program who are passionate about technology and eager to make an impact. The goal of our diversity internship program is to offer the opportunity to work in an inclusive work environment, receive mentorship and coaching, and to make meaningful contributions to our organization.

You’ll partner with some of the brightest minds in the world on business-critical projects, and you’ll have the opportunity to be immersed in our award-winning culture, grow your social and professional network, interact with our senior leadership, and share your contributions with the company.

The internship experience will have three components – training and onboarding, mentorship and professional development, and meaningful on-the-job work experience during the summer from May – August 2021.

What we’re looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university seeking a degree in a technical / quantitative course of study (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, etc.).
  • Programming experience with Java, C, C++, Python, or other programming languages.
  • Students must not be graduating prior to the beginning of the summer internship and must be enrolled to return to school after the entire internship ends (graduating in or after December 2021).
