  • IoT (Internet of Things) is an emerging field with potential to transform the usage of machines in industry, commerce, and health to name just a few areas.
  • IoT division in SAS is a leader in developing cutting edge software for gathering and analyzing sensor data on IoT platforms.
  • Our team develop analytics methodology and software tuned for use in the IoT platform.

We need you to:

  • Enrolled in a degree seeking program and not graduating prior to December 2021.
  • Have strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Be a leader. You’re the one sitting in the front row of the class.
  • Embrace technology. You geek out over the latest and greatest!

What we’re looking for

  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
  • You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program.
  • You’ve got practical experience inside or outside of school or work. Do you enjoy working on research and development of algorithms in statistical analysis applied to real-time settings? We’d love to hear about it!
  • Proficiency in statistical models, algorithms, and C programming is essential.
  • Ability to learn and contribute to the evolving code base through testing and coding is highly desirable.

Timeline & Process

  • Applications open: September 2020.
  • Interviews begin:  October 2020 on a rolling basis.
  • Internship: 10-12 weeks. Starts dates for the summer intern program are May 18, 2021 or June 1, 201.
