What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to engage in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives involving customers and/or business partner organizations. Serves as a project strategist in supporting sales development in key customer accounts, offering development, customer journeys and bid management.

 

You will:

  • Business Planning:
    • Lead offering/initiative/program development processes
    • Create and develop methodologies for new initiatives (processes, principles and practices)
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Monitor and document market movements (competitors, analysts and industries)
    • Develop relationship with main industry analysts
    • Conduct and track Win/Loss analysis processes
  • Customer Journey
    • Support technical leaders and sales teams with project methodologies in complex sales engagements as well as adoption stages
    • Conduct the Bid Management cycle: qualification, RFx schedule, resource and deliveries planning, success tracking, performance reviews

What we’re looking for

  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Public speaking
  • Project Management experience mandatory
  • Agile Methodology certification mandatory
  • Business Planning
  • Concept development tools knowledge mandatory (ex. Design Thinking, Brainstorming, SWOT Analysis, etc)
  • Ability to communicate in English.

Education

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Experience

Typically requires eight years of experience in Marketing, PreSales, Consulting or related function in the technology industry, preferably in business development or project management

Equivalency:

Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the requirements stated above.
