Opportunity:

We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Contract - Remote Optional) to help drive strategies that’ll attract the best and brightest talent to SAS. If you have a proven track record for delivering results and have a knack for building strong, connected partnerships, we want you to be part of our collaborative, data-driven, and high-energy recruitment team. 

 

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you'll be responsible for assisting with activities across key strategic areas in our technical and/or sales business units. This includes serving as a trusted brand ambassador and sourcing and attracting diverse top talent for both technical and non-technical roles.

 

We're looking for someone with creative ideas, a commitment to providing a strong customer experience, and a vision for inclusive talent attraction. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Actively search candidates in the market using various searching methods and tools, in-house database searching, possibly reviewing referals and reaching out to training organizations and colleges and universities
  • Work close with stakeholders to fully understand requirements to enable you to promote the role to candidates with confidence
  • Work close with your Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure a smooth and professional process at all times
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines on specific functional profiles (Account Executives, PresSales Advisors, Analytics consultants, …)
  • Build strong relationships with all areas of the business to ensure a strong process and promotion of brand

What we’re looking for

    • It is a benefit to have had at least 1-2 years of work experience in a high-volume recruitment setting, either inhouse or agency
    • Ideally you will have some experience or knowledge of customer service 
    • Excellent attention to deal
    • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
    • Highly organized and strong time management skills is a must
    • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
