What you will do;

As a Sr. Manager within Fraud and Security Intelligence Division, you will be responsible for setting the vision of our solutions, building excitement for that vision, and executing on that vision. As a manager you will be expected to lead and mentor your direct reports and other staff as needed to ensure SAS is securing success today and in the future.  You will be responsible for working with leaders across SAS to ensure prioritization, alignment, and consistent processes.  You will be responsible for working directly with customers around the world to providing advice, guidance, while listening to their business challenges and remediating escalations.  Taking that information, that knowledge and setting the strategy for the future of our products.  In addition to working with customers, you will be working with industry analyst to gain competitive insights, and industry trends; You will be working with our marketing teams to ensure we have relevant, compelling collateral, and supporting product launches across the Fraud and Security Intelligence Industries;   


What we are looking for:

  • Experience managing relationships with our customers management and executive levels
  • Leader and collaborator that works well within large organizations, who is capable of driving clarity and direction
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with demonstrated history of making good decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience launching technical industry solutions, writing requirements, reviewing designs
  • Critical thinker that can identify new or emerging market opportunities and define a strategy to capture that opportunity
  • Proven ability to work in a highly collaborative environment across multiple business units
  • Ability to innovate and define creative solutions with compelling user experiences that exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as the job requires.

The nice to haves:

  • Five-plus years of experience in experience in product management, marketing, sales, consulting, or related industry 
  • Experience building or delivering technical solutions to solve customer problems
  • ACAMS, ACFE or similar certification
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related discipline
  • Experience with SAS technology and solutions
  • A self-starter with bias toward action and the know-how to balance getting details right while still moving fast
