What you’ll do

Our team is seeking a strong leader to guide and direct our highly skilled Salesforce Development and Administration team to support our rapidly growing software sales and marketing organization.


The ideal candidate should have proven leadership and project management skills in Salesforce administration and development, strong knowledge of Agile methodology, product ownership and business process re-engineering. Demonstrated experience with one or more Salesforce products is essential. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of five Salesforce administrators and developers, supporting over 250 Salesforce users in an international sales and marketing organization. The right candidate is a customer-focused individual with a proven ability to work with internal business partners to prioritize development efforts. They should possess strong change management skills, the ability to react quickly and delegate as necessary.



  • Act as the face of the Salesforce platform to the business
  • Collaborate with other internal development teams to provide functionality across multiple systems (web, digital commerce, etc.)
  • Manage the Salesforce roadmap and plan future platform development efforts
  • Coordinate release management efforts
  • Lead change management efforts as new functionality is delivered to the business
  • Assignment and delegation of tasks to Salesforce team members
  • Demonstrate and gain feedback on new development items from internal stakeholders
  • Prioritize backlogs of feature requests from business


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 5+ years Salesforce administration experience.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Experience working in multi-national organizations.
