What you’ll do

 

As an Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide consulting, project management and support to Finance business leaders, including the CFO, in areas such as organizational design, talent management, leadership development & coaching, organizational change and all other HR areas in collaboration with specialist HR Functions. The Finance organization is undergoing business changes related to the implementation of a new ERP system and plans to take the company public. This position will consult with Finance leadership on the organizational changes related to these initiatives and provide strategic HR guidance pertaining to pre/post IPO readiness.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least eight years of demonstrated & comprehensive experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at a public company supporting Finance organizations
  • Work experience involving client support in the following areas: employee relations, recruitment, compensation, policy interpretation, change management activities, management training, and performance management
  • Experience and training in organizational design principles and leading teams through organizational design exercises
  • Strong project management skills including creation of communication plans
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and building trust with employees and management teams
  • Can draw from extensive HR related experiences to develop and recommend action plans, guide managers through appropriate protocol and lead new initiatives
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.

 

The nice to haves

  • HR experience supporting a progressive organization
  • PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification
  • Experience with HRIS, Workday
