What you’ll do

As an Early Career Resource Manager, you will work closely with Services Delivery leadership, Sales, Finance, and our recruiting teams to utilize the best mix of our talent to deliver exceptional outcomes directly to our US customers. It is an opportunity to apply your business experience, using data to forecast needs, and defining new resourcing strategies as the industry continuously evolves. You will work directly with Services Delivery leadership to define capacity planning needs, quantify resourcing risks, validate intermediate needs, and define & help execute resourcing strategies.


You will:

  • Regularly present resourcing forecasts by role and skills, based on consulting backlog and pipeline.
  • Regularly report findings & emerging trends based on consulting backlog, pipeline, and attrition.
  • Use data to validate new resource requests or new roles via business case.
  • Prioritize recruitment needs based on leadership strategy and project needs.
  • Collaborate with our Partner Services team to refine the US Partnering/sub-contractor strategy.
  • Work closely with our business operations team to establish new reports, analytics, and tools to continuously improve our resource management.
  • Prescribe resourcing actions to consulting leadership, especially for challenging needs.
  • Determine personnel requirements, availability, and fit of resources for large projects.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Builds relationships with SAS leadership and resourcing managers.
  • Work with Project Management Office to continuously improve project resourcing.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Accounting or related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience with facilitation skills, including meeting content/agenda and proactive/creative management of issues.
  • Very good problem-solving, organizational, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Tool Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
  • Location: Local to Cary, NC HQ highly preferred, but flexible on remote-based work for the right candidate.

  • Business experience or background in the services industry.
  • Resource Management or Recruitment experience.
