About the job   

The Revenue Operations Team is looking to hire an accomplished Revenue Operations Reporting and Insights Manager who will leverage expertise in customer and revenue data to lead a team dedicated to supporting Sales and other revenue-generating functions in achieving their growth targets and strategic goals.

 

As a Manager of Revenue Operations Reporting & Insights, you will:   

  • Primarily Focus on: Front Line Customer Data to produce Insightful Reporting
  • Manage and provide coaching to a team of data visualization & reporting analysts.
  • Develop reporting and insight provision capability, synthesize and present data-driven insights to senior executives and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact in conveying strategic analysis and research findings.
  • Develop and implement KPIs, analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of the business and which informs, educates, and drives action.
  • Deliver key insight and recommendations to management in matters concerning business performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Establish a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Maintain the relevance of the central reporting platform, promote new insight & reporting, ensure a single version of the truth, and utilise the platform to educate and inform users across the business.
  • Partner with CIS to manage and continually optimize our central reporting platform's production reports, ensuring the accuracy of relevant data and collaborating on timely revisions and updates.
  • Develop an engagement strategy with key customers and demonstrate exceptional ability to understand & conceptualize customer requirements, before translating them into specific analysis, or reporting insights that help drive results.
  • You will act as an internal consultant and trusted advisor to the Snr Director of Revenue Operations – A&R, Revenue Operations leadership, and Senior Business Leadership in aspects of analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensures all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Previous Management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical / quantitative field such as Engineering, IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Sales, Marketing and Services techniques and principles; knowledge of software industry.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business reporting, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in a high-pressure operational management role ideally attached to field operations.
  • Experience of setting and executing short and long-term strategies
  • Experience of managing high performing teams. International (virtual) management experience would be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and experience of working with senior management cross-functionally.
  • An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
