About the job

The Fraud & Security Intelligence Product Management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to bridge the technical and business worlds by collaborating closely with our customers, Research & Development, User Experience, and Engineering teams to build innovative features and solutions that support Fraud and Security Intelligence goals.  You will need a strong understanding of relationship management, fraud investigation and mitigation in a technical, dynamic environment. This position may work at our Cary, NC headquarters or remotely in the US 

 

As a Senior Product Manager, FSI, you will:

  • Be responsible to write requirements, review designs, and set priorities
  • Be responsible for working with stakeholders across the organization including engineering, product marketing, sales and consulting.
  • Be responsible for working with external stakeholders including partners and data providers.
  • Be responsible for understanding the industry trends around data ecosystems, and low latency technologies.
  • Be responsible for partnering and influencing other parts of the engineering and product organizations.
  • Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or within financial services 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, computer science, or related discipline 
  • Experience with SAS DS2, Python, R or other open-source modeling techniques and features.
  • Experience and deep knowledge in understanding low latency technologies that focus on responsiveness and latency
  • Leader and collaborator that works well within large organizations, who is capable of driving clarity and direction
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with demonstrated history of making good decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to innovate and define creative solutions with compelling value for our customers.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as the job requires

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience building or delivering technical solutions to solve customer problems.
  • A self-starter with bias toward action and the know how to balance getting details right while still moving fast
  • Experience with SAS technology and solutions
