About the job 

As an EVAAS Technical Training Consultant, Support, you will be responsible for ensuring that teachers, administrators, and others who use EVAAS web reports receives accurate, helpful, and timely support. This support includes answering users’ questions about interpreting and using reports, providing guidance on system navigation and security, and researching data issues.  This is a part time position that requires independent work during the evening hours, typically between  6-10PM.

 

As a EVAAS Technical Training Consultant, you will:  

  • Respond directly to users who have support tickets
  • Coordinate solutions in a hybrid environment through Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and JIRA
  • Prioritize and communicate requests for additional functionality and enhancements to the web development team
  • Draft or review response templates for the support system
  • Review communications, help, training materials, and resources
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education or Communications
  • 5 or more years of experience in teaching, training, or education administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience presenting/training in the education field
  • Experience providing technical support
  • Experience working with EVAAS reporting
