About the job

The Applied AI and Modeling Division is looking for a Project Manager to manage global development and delivery of Model Products from ideation to production. Our team is focused on delivering containerized model packages aimed to enhance our customer’s ability to tackle tough issues with increasing sophistication. By working at the intersection of AI and statistics, AAIM solves real-world business problems in various industries.

 

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Work within and across global development teams to complete resource assignments.
  • Communicate and track regularly on the status of project goals by ensuring project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
  • Maintain project documentation such as project plans, schedules, issue lists, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments and resource
  • Leverage Agile methodologies, processes, project tools, and best practices to accelerate project delivery.
  • Successfully manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders. Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/ vendors.
  • Identify project dependencies and stakeholder influences, working jointly with other organizations who share responsibility for delivery of final product.
  • Act as a central point of contact and interface with interested parties across the Company to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 2 - 5years of experience in project and/or program management in Software Development 
  • 2+ years’ experience using Agile methodologies in Software Development.
  • An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Certification from PMI
  • Agile certification, such as PMI-Agile Certified Professional (ACP), Agile Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe® Scrum Master
  • Experience with Jira
