The Global Customer Advisory team is focused driving a common and unified approach to customer technology adoption, enablement, and Cloud migration. Delivering superior customer value is the key driver across all of our customer engagements and will be the propelling force toward meeting our goals. We will be driving a focused and programmatic approach better experiences in adopting our software for our customers. We’re looking for someone with excellent communications skills who can help create a global communications strategy for the team, reaching members across the globe.

 

As an intern, you might:  

  • Help define a communications strategy for a global organization
  • Work with others in your team to gather necessary information for strategy execution
  • Compose curated emails and newsletters for internal consumption
  • Manage, organize and summarize content from various sources
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a brand/persona for the team’s senior leadership via thoughtful communications
  • Utilize data analytics tools and software to perform analysis on global customer advisory data

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications or Business Administration.
  • Experience with business analytics and organizing and interpreting data.
  • You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2025. 
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do. 
  • Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you’ll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty. 
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools.

 

Location 

This internship will be a hybrid position based in Cary, NC, with the option to be fully remote.

 

Internship dates:

June 3 – August 22, 2025. We can be flexible on start and end date if your university is on a quarter system.  Internships last 12 weeks in total length.

Pay Transparency: The hourly rate for SAS internships is determined by the applicant’s year in school and the position they are hired into. Hourly rates range from $15 – $31 for associate’s/bachelor’s level positions and $29 - $49/hour for master’s/Ph.D positions. Internship roles are not eligible for bonus.
