The CI Customer Experience (CICX) team is responsible for driving adoption and helping enterprises meet their business goals using our industry-leading customer engagement martech platform. CICX works closely with Product Management and Research & Development teams to be technical experts so that we can help organizations reach best in class results with their marketing AI, content personalization, business processes and segmentation strategies. The team is responsible for creating and delivering both technical and business advisory enablement in-person, remote and on-demand for other internal teams, SAS Partners and Customers. 

 

 

As an intern, you might:

 

  • Help pilot and apply AI for content development (e.g., AI-assisted content drafting and video creation, personal research, summarization) to improve efficiency and impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and partner teams to ensure alignment between product capabilities and adoption materials 
  • Build out use cases with our Customer Intelligence Solutions to create video demonstrations and how-to guides for customers and prospects 
  • Create short video presentations explaining how to implement newly released feature of the SAS Customer Intelligence Solution for technical teams 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • You’re an undergraduate college student enrolled in an accredited program studying Marketing, Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; not graduating prior to December 2026. 
  • Ability to learn and work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Comfort synthesizing information from multiple inputs such as research, conversations, and product documentation.
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools (for research, content drafting, analysis, or productivity) or strong willingness to learn.
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do. 
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. 
  • Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you'll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
  • You're interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology

 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with digital marketing, content management systems, asset management, social media, or marketing automation
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in Marketing Analytics
  • Any programming or technical skills (SAS, Python, SQL, scripting) are a plus

  

Timeline

Pay Transparency: The hourly rate for SAS internships is determined by the applicant’s year in school and the position they are hired into. Hourly rates range from $15 – $30 for associate’s/bachelor’s level positions and $29 - $49/hour for master’s/Ph.D positions. Internship roles are not eligible for bonus.
