About the job

The IBX team is looking for a Senior UX Architect to help design and bring the experience to life across our digital ecosystem. This role will focus on translating UX architecture into intuitive, cohesive, and engaging interfaces that support clarity and consistency across multiple touchpoints. The expected duration of this assignment is 12 months. Our team works at the intersection of brand, experience, and digital design. We focus on building clear and meaningful experiences that help people navigate complex ideas and systems with confidence.

 

As a Senior UX Architect, you will:

  • Define and evolve the experience architecture and information structure across digital properties.
  • Develop information architecture models, navigation systems, and interaction frameworks that support scalable experiences.
  • Create experience artifacts such as user flows, journey maps, experience models, and system diagrams.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure clarity and consistency across digital experiences.
  • Translate complex concepts and information into clear, intuitive experience structures.
  • Establish UX patterns and guidelines that align with broader design system principles.
  • Support cross-team alignment by communicating UX frameworks and architectural thinking.

Required qualifications

 

  • 8+ years of experience in designing for complex digital ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree required in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, User Experience, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • Experience applying UX standards and best practices to ensure consistency and usability.
  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

Experience designing user interfaces and interactions for large-scale websites or digital products.

Experience collaborating in workshops or contributing to co-creation sessions with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Miro, FigJam, or similar design and collaboration tools.

Experience contributing to design critiques and supporting overall UX quality and craft.
