About the job   

The Managed Cloud Services organization within the Cloud and Information Services (CIS) division is seeking an Enterprise Business Analyst to support end‑to‑end business process analysis and improvement initiatives across the organization.

 

In this role, you will serve as a catalyst for change—partnering closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, enable scalable growth, and deliver consistent, high‑quality customer experiences. This opportunity comes at a pivotal time, as the organization continues to grow rapidly and strengthen its enterprise operating model.

 

As a Senior Enterprise Business Analyst, you will:   

  • Develop a deep understanding of enterprise and organizational systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Serve as a business and technical representative in cross‑functional discussions, advocating for organizational requirements and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Analyze and document current‑state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define future‑state recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions.
  • Partner with CIS, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other internal groups to support successful delivery of enterprise and organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements‑gathering sessions, and business reviews to ensure shared understanding and agreement on objectives and outcomes.
  • Support testing and validation activities to confirm solutions meet documented business and technical requirements.

Required qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience in business process analysis, systems documentation, and requirements elicitation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, preferably Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting services‑based business models such as SaaS, managed services, cloud infrastructure, operations, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated capacity and motivation to build expert‑level proficiency in enterprise technologies and platforms.
  • Ability to establish trusted partnerships and influence outcomes across cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly and effectively across diverse audiences.
  • High-performing contributor with strong execution discipline to drive multiple initiatives forward concurrently.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics visually and verbally to accelerate shared understanding and decision‑making.
  • Credible change agent who identifies opportunities for improvement and helps the organization successfully navigate transformation.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience providing leadership on large, enterprise‑scale projects.
  • Experience working with enterprise‑level platforms such as ServiceNow, Planview, or Oracle Fusion.
