About the job   

The Channel Strategy, Programs & Readiness team is looking for a Partner Program Manager, Solution Providers to support the re-launch and growth of a world-class solution provider partner program—driving partner engagement, building a vibrant partner community, and enabling joint go-to-market success. In this role, you’ll influence how partners connect, collaborate, and create measurable business impact, all in alignment with our global channel strategy and ambitious partner ecosystem goals.  

 

This is an individual contributor role focused on program execution, partner experience improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration. The Partner Program Manager works within an established channel strategy and operating model, taking ownership of defined program components while learning to manage complexity across partners, systems, and stakeholders.

 

Success in this role comes from strong program management fundamentals, customer and partner empathy, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable, practical execution—with guidance from senior leaders and subject‑matter experts. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build depth in partner programs, GTM collaboration, and partner ecosystem operations.

 

As Partner Program Manager, Solution Providers, you will: 

Program Management  

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and modernization of the solution provider program, ensuring all elements (tiers, specializations, incentives, requirements) are designed with a customer-first and partner-centric mindset. 
  • Gather and analyze partner and customer feedback to identify friction points and recommend enhancements that improve the end-to-end partner and customer experience. 
  • Collaborate with channel marketing to co-create campaigns, communications, and resources that drive partner engagement.

 

Partner Experience   

  • Serve as business contributor for partner-facing technology initiatives, advising on portals, dashboards, and workflows that simplify processes and support an AI-forward ecosystem. 
  • Test and validate new systems and provide feedback to ensure measurable improvements in partner and customer experience. 
  • Gather ongoing feedback from partners and stakeholders to drive practical, data-informed improvements in technology, workflows, and program measurement.  
  • Collaborate with channel leaders on our annual partner awards

 

Partner Community Management  

  • Support the design, launch, and manage a solution provider partner community to facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best-practice adoption across partners. 
  • Help drive active engagement and participation, using campaigns, events, and digital platforms to strengthen partner relationships and improve program adoption. 
  • Monitor community health and KPIs (engagement, satisfaction, participation, contribution to partner-sourced opportunities) and identify continuous improvements to maximize business impact. 
  • Collaborate with channel marketing, enablement, and program teams to ensure the community supports joint GTM initiatives, partner readiness, and customer success outcome

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a software channel ecosystem environment.
  • Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other related field
  • Understanding of solution provider / reseller business models. 
  • Experience in program management
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, enablement, business systems, and sales teams to execute joint initiatives. 
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making to define, monitor, and act on KPIs
  • Ability to translate partner and customer feedback into actionable program improvements that enhance experience and drive business results. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights and recommendations
  • An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

  • Business Acumen: Using one’s knowledge or economic, financial, market, and industry trends to understand and improve individual, work group, and/or organizational results; using one’s understanding of major business functions, industry trends, and own organization’s position to contribute to effective business strategies and/or tactics.  
  • Communication: Conveying information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message; listening actively to others.  
  • Monitoring Information: Setting up ongoing procedures to collect and review information needed to manage an organization or ongoing activities within it.
  • Familiarity with Partner technology stacks PRM, CRM, and Enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Unifyr, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). 
  • Adopting and leaning into AI-enabled partner ecosystem initiatives (e.g., AI-powered insights, automation, digital experience enhancements). 
  • Familiarity with incentive programs, specializations, or performance-based partner frameworks.
