In this role, you will act as a customer liaison for the EVAAS team in supporting the delivery of EVAAS services. This includes fully managing customer expectations, facilitating the definition of customer requirements for all aspects of the EVAAS delivery, conducting regular meetings with clients, facilitating the interaction among internal teams, and coordinating internal projects within EVAAS. This role requires the ability to document clearly the scope of project and reporting provided, customer requirements related to these projects and reporting, and any other additional supports and services to be delivered through the EVAAS team. Other duties include supporting client contracts, assuming fiscal responsibility for projects, ensuring that the delivered services meet the customer expectations, and maintaining a basic level of knowledge and expertise around all aspects of EVAAS deliveries. Applicants must demonstrate a true sense of ownership, dedication and responsibility over any project they would oversee. This is not a position to train users on EVAAS.


Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field
  • 2 or more years of experience in a customer-facing project management role working with external customers on delivery of services
  • Experience in requirements gathering towards developing, delivering and implementing solutions and services
  • Travel as business requirements dictate at management discretion (Approximately 10%).
  • Must have aptitiude to learn and understand all components of an Solution/Program within an offering or domain 

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with managing projects in a technical field, such as statistics, analytics, or computer science
  • Excellent facilitation skills, including meeting content/agenda and proactive/creative management of issues
  • Excellent learning ability of a broad range of topics
  • Ability to balance multiple ongoing projects
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team


  • Experience with full-cycle project management of software development projects in a hosted environment
  • Experience working directly with K-12 Educational data or Departments of Education
  • Experience with EVAAS and/or growth/value-added modeling using student assessment data
  • JIRA expertise or some other task management system
  • Microsoft Office Expertise
