In this role, you will act as a liaison between the internal EVAAS teams in supporting the development and production of new EVAAS services. This includes facilitating the definition of requirements, facilitating the interaction among internal teams, and coordinating the overall development project within EVAAS. This role requires the ability to document clearly the scope of project and new reporting services provided, requirements related to these projects, and technical specifications of the new reporting to be delivered through the EVAAS web application. Other duties include ensuring that the delivered services meet customer expectations, and maintaining a basic level of knowledge and expertise around all aspects of EVAAS deliveries. Applicants must be well versed in the software development life cycle.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or quantitative field
  • Two or more years software development project management experience 
  • Experience in requirements gathering and development a must
  • Experience with software or applications development life cycles
  • Proven record of on-time delivery of high quality implementations
  • Expertise in working with functional and constituent managers/stakeholders to define requirements for resources, and coordinate the sharing of resources

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with managing software development projects in a technical field, such as analytics, statistics, engineering or computer science
  • Excellent facilitation skills, including meeting content/agenda and proactive/creative management of issues
  • Strong past success working with internal stakeholders and executives
  • Ability to present project milestones, updates and roadmaps to stakeholders
  • Develop statements of work (SOWs) and goals for new projects
  • Excellent learning ability of a broad range of topics
  • Ability to balance multiple ongoing projects
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A spirit of collaboration and transparent communication

Preferences:

  • Agile expertise 
  • Experience / success working with cross-located teams
  • JIRA expertise or some other task management system
  • Microsoft Office expertise
