The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with extensive experience producing events and possess in depth knowledge of AV equipment used in event productions.  Our team works with customers, executives and colleagues across the company.  If you’re looking for a dynamic, fulfilling career coupled with the energy of producing live events in world-class facilities, you’ll find it here.   As a Sr Associate Events Technology Specialist, you will: - Process new event requests for the department. - Create project plans focused on the implementation, execution and analysis of regional, national or global events. - Work individually or with a team to develop and execute project plans, timelines and schedules, estimate costs and manage projects to completion. - Act as show producer, director, and technical consultant for the planning and execution of events. - Perform any technical requirements, as needed, to execute staging and event support. - Design stage systems and equipment required to produce events. - Contract/hire vendors for staff and equipment as required. - Work with clients to create compelling content for events including making recommendations on appropriate topics and speakers for assigned projects. - Partner and serve as a key liaison to multiple organizations across the company as needed to support the project being managed. - Facilitate communication among members of the project team. - Resolve any conflict between the project and other organizational units in a satisfactory manner, including engaging management as necessary. - Communicate results, evaluate overall success, and return on investment. - Develop, track and maintain budgetary responsibilities.   Required Qualifications - 2+ years of experience with technical staging and coordination of productions, shows, and events. - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Radio/TV/Film, Theater, Business Management or related field. - Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the requirements above. - You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
