About the job
Be responsible for managing a team that bridges the gap between compliance and information security by supporting policy and standards development, risk assessments, audits, and overall security controls guidance. You will specifically focused on Compliance. You must have technical knowledge and/or experience in information security and the ability to communicate information security risk, controls, and mitigation strategy to SAS customers and SAS management at all levels of the business across the enterprise.
As a Governance, Risk, Compliance – Audit (GRC – A) Manager, you will:
- Maintain an understanding of compliance requirements, standards, guidance, and interpretations and/or best practices, including NIST 800-53, HIPAA, FedRAMP, IRS 1075, ISO 27001.
- Manage benchmark program of security practices against applicable regulations and standards (for ex: ISO 27001, HIPAA, IRS 1075, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP).
- Responsible for the delivery and maintenance of compliance documentation provided to government sector customers, like System Security Plans, Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M), Continuous Monitoring Plan, etc.
- Manage team performing issue remediation tasks in response to audit findings, specifically Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) delivered to government customer.
- Interface with customer sponsors and customer auditors to discuss security or IT hosting operations-related concerns during pre and post sales activities and collect and defend relevant evidence.
- Interface with regulators and external assessors to describe applicable security or IT hosting operations controls to obtain and maintain external certification
- Operate as a consultant and a leader, recommending changes to enhance security processes.
- Work with other information security teams globally, helping to provide a consistent approach to governance and compliance activities.
- Effectively communicate, facilitate, present, and train both technical and non-technical small and large audiences, regarding SAS Cloud and security requirements and procedures.
- Use of the GRC tool for managing compliance profile, such as managing continuous monitoring indicators, build reporting dashboards, tracking of issue remediation.
- Provide thought leadership regarding compliance, audit and/or security requirements within regulated markets (heavily focused on government sector requirements)
- Participate in security investigations and compliance reviews, as required by contract or regulation.
- Provide final review of security contract terms and ensure alignment to policies and processes.
- Interface with customer attorneys and security officers to discuss/negotiate security or SAS Cloud operations-related concerns during pre and post sales activities.
- Provide final review of responses to RFP and security questionnaires.
- Continuously improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) / Quality Management System (QMS), including SAS security policy and process development and updates, while ensuring compliance with regulations and guidance.
- Identify and recommend cost effective improvements to security practices while maintaining compliance to required standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Project Management or related field
- 4-8 years of functional experience in project management, management consulting, IT, audit/compliance or related field.
- Experience in a regulated (specifically, government) industry (may be concurrent with the above functional experience).
- Understanding of regulatory standards (ex: FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, IRS 1075, CJIS, HIPAA).
- Knowledge and experience with best practices/standards (ex: COBIT, GAMP5, ISO 27001).
- US Citizenship required

The Midtier Platform team in the SAS9 division is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test. The Midtier team is large in both size and scope.This team will contribute to all midtier Java efforts and support all partner engineer teams in both the current SAS9 team and LOBs. The video games analytics team is looking for a Principal Software Developer for video game analytics to help us grow this new division at SAS. As a Principal Software Developer, you will:
- Lead the design and develop high quality, testable and scalable software solutions for video games within established timelines while adhering to R&D best practices and processes.
- Actively involve other project stakeholders (e.g. managers, developers, user interface and visual designers, product managers) to ensure implementation satisfies functional requirements and is consistent with established R&D standards.
- Oversee project scoping and scheduling; tracks progress of individual tasks and alerts stakeholders of issues blocking or preventing completion of task.
- Ensure quality through functional, unit and performance testing; works closely with testing by providing thorough reviews of the test plan and communicates when updates to the plan should be made to cover code changes related to enhancements, redesigns and/or bug fixes.
- Work directly with game engines to develop digital twin technologies and to integrate SAS analytics directly into game experiences
Required qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience in software development, with a significant portion of that experience in the games industry
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field
- Production-level knowledge of Python, C++, C#, and at least one of {Rust, Go}
- Have published games and applications in both Unreal and Unity
- Have published cloud-native (Azure, AWS, GCP) applications implementing SAS services
- Understand the entire lifecycle of 3D game and application development
- Have an in depth understanding of source code management and DevOps
- Previous experience working directly at a video game studio or publisher is strongly preferred
- An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

- Have experience leading a team of 5 or more application developers
- Prior experience working at a major games publisher, and experience working with at least one publisher propriety engine (such as Frostbite)

Location: Must live in Tallahassee. This role is not open to remote candidates.
As a Sr. State and Local Government Account Executive focused on Florida, you will:
- Sell software, solutions and services to current and prospective customers in a variety of subject matter areas; works with other sales personnel to position and leverage sales opportunities to acquire, grow and retain customers within assigned territory.
- Manage broad base of existing customers focused on superior customer service and customer retention
- Fulfill wide range of requests for information from prospective customers. Qualifies level of opportunity and type of account.
- Prospect within a territory or account to uncover business needs.
- Implement aspects of territory and account management and development; identifies accounts with high "close" potential, qualifies, and forecast time frames to close business.
- Follow-up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to discover additional revenue opportunities.
- Develop a basic understanding of company pricing and licensing procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative field of study or equivalent verifiable experience
- 8+ years of experience working in Florida State and Local Government *OR* selling software solutions to Florida State and Local Government.
- Ability to travel as business needs require.

About the job
The Health and Life Sciences R&D leadership team is looking for a Senior, Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join a team expanding test automation to increase quality while reducing time to market as we continue to release cloud-first, cloud-native, as-a-service offerings.
As a Senior SDET, you will:
- Create and maintain high quality of test automation using modern development techniques and provides key data points to support metrics-based decision making.
- Apply automated tests at every layer of the application stack, both inside and outside of the continuous delivery pipeline.
- Produce and analyze metrics that illustrate the quality of applications and develop insight that drives the direction of quality engineering.
- Work with team to promptly triage test failures with precision and accuracy, maintaining the health of the build pipeline.
- Work collaboratively with development, product, operations, and support peers to encourage quality, as a key design element in all work efforts.
- Engage in code reviews for product, test, and infrastructure code.
- Drive enhancements to observability that elevates the resiliency and robustness of your applications under test
- Customize deployment, migration, security, and performance in the continuous delivery lifecycle
- Improve mean time to resolution by leading triage with precision and accuracy, maintaining the health of the build pipeline
- Provide mentorship through code reviews for both product, test, and infrastructure code
- Collaborate across teams to evolve quality engineering at SAS
- Serve as a mentor to quality engineers and developers
- Forge partnerships with Development to design and execute effective testing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, preferably in Computer Science or related field
- An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
- Strong knowledge in related programming languages, operating systems, development tools, procedures, and methodologies applicable to test automation such as Typescript, Typescript , Python, Java, Selenium, etc.
- Fluent with REST Interfaces, OpenAPI specs
- Proficiency authoring and maintaining Dockerfiles.
- Understanding of Kubernetes components and cloud provider offerings.
- Familiarity managing container image versions within container registries.
- Proficiency building and maintaining CI/CD solutions in Jenkins
- Familiarity with CI/CD infrastructure, platform configuration, integration, and secret management.
- Fluent in at least one public cloud interface.
- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Ability to lead projects and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
