Summary of Duties: Provide business and high-level technical support for software pre-sales and post-sales activities primarily with financial services clients. By handling communications across mediums, creating marketing campaigns, and working on adoption programs for users, you’ll be an extension of JMP’s global academic team. While you’ll be the sole marketer dedicated to academic initiatives, you’ll be part of a team of seasoned marketers and professional communicators focused on other industries and areas.  Responsible for aligning the strategic marketing plans around a key initiative, product line, business unit and/or beacon account to SAS’s overall sales and marketing strategy. Develops and executes integrated campaigns associated with generating leads and building awareness, and may be involved in increasing renewal revenue at each stage of the customer journey. Works with a team to develop a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plan that includes a variety of content, events, email, social media and innovative campaign approaches.   We’re looking for experience in the science or engineering sectors of higher education.
