What you’ll do
As a Software Developer in the Risk Research & Quantitative Solutions (RQS) organization, you will design, develop, and debug software of diverse scope for the RQS portfolio in accordance with designated development practices and timelines. Your initial focus will be to contribute to the development of the web-based client of an Asset and Liability Management (ALM) solution.
You will:
- Duties will include working as part of the development team of the SAS RQS products using the SAS Business Intelligence Architecture.
- Designing and writing new or revised program language code or processing routines; actively soliciting the involvement of other developers to ensure integrity and cross-product consistency
- Working with multiple operating systems and anticipating technical anomalies and enhancements for various environments

What you’ll do
As a Program Manager in the Risk organization, you will directly lead and/or support various business needs to achieve the strategic goals of the Risk Management organization as part of the Risk PMO function on the Marketing and Operations team.
You will:
- Plan, monitor and manage internal programs from initiation through completion.

IT Manager: Web Services Design and Support
What you’ll do
As a member of the Web Services Design and Support team, you will have direct management and support responsibilities for enterprise level web applications and infrastructure for SAS’ external web properties and the corporate intranet. This is a customer facing, operational role, supporting the web infrastructure running hundreds of web services across multiple datacenters and leading a team of highly skilled DevOps-minded System Engineers. You will
- Position and leverage sales and business development opportunities to grow and retain dedicated, strategic customers at all levels within their organization.
- Develop a 12/24/36 month account plan for each key client in the territory. Keys to success include understanding the client’s key business objectives, the constraints keeping the client from fully realizing those objectives, how SAS could help the customer to overcome those constraints, and the primary contacts within the client who are charged with overcoming those constraints to drive business success.
- Implement strategies for generating business development opportunities within the territory based on the multi-year account plan and the identified business needs of the client where SAS can address those needs.
- Qualify each opportunity to determine SAS’ fit, the client’s readiness to purchase, and the probability of successfully closing each opportunity by developing a formalized opportunity plan for each key sales engagement.
- Partner with cross functional teams including technical sales consultants, post sales consultants, SAS management, and SAS legal to navigate sales engagements and close opportunities when forecasted.
- Develop an in depth understanding of company pricing and licensing procedures.
- Prepare quotations and proposals; working collaboratively with his/her extended sales team to create and finalize contracts and set time schedules for the provision of professional services and training.
- Accurately forecast revenues to ensure customer engagements will close when anticipated and at the forecasted value.
What we're looking for
- Minimum Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Marketing, MIS, or other client industry relevant discipline.
- Minimum of eight years of experience within the Telecommunications/Media vertical.
- Proven success building a book of business and client references through consulting engagements and business development efforts.

What you’ll do

As the Alliance & Channel Digital Advisor, you'll be responsible for aligning SAS Alliance and Channel Partner strategy with SAS’ Direct and Indirect Sales strategy across our most strategic partners, and our customers’ buying behavior to maximize collective business value.

Establishing alternate routes to market is a corporate strategic priority for SAS. And, developing new indirect channels and leveraging our existing partner ecosystems to expand SAS’ mindshare and create new market opportunities is a strategic priority for our Alliances and Channels team.
As Indirect Channel Leader at SAS, you’ll be responsible for leading and executing channel strategy with respect to Resellers, OEM, and MASP while exploring alternative licensing models. Your goal? Place SAS in the hands of customers when and how they want to consume it.

- Lead, establish, and execute alternative routes to market, while also executing and expanding the global reseller program
- Identify and influence key stakeholders at all levels with partner organizations and SAS to build relationships, enchase alliance and channels strategy, generate and develop ideas, and pursue opportunities that will result in alternate routes to market
- Collaborate with Regional Alliance Leaders to consistently drive program execution in all geographies
