What we’re looking for - At least eight years of experience working within the hospitality and gaming industry and/or selling enterprise class software solutions within the industry. - Proven track record of building relationships exceeding quota targets in software sales. - Ability to successfully manage a territory of hospitality and gaming accounts. - Ability to be at customer's site(s) 2-3 out of 5 days of the week building rapport and working directly with customer to solve complex business problems. - Ability to travel as business needs require. - Proven track record of delivering multi-year, complex solutions that positively impact customer needs. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field. - Ability to travel 50% or as business needs require. This is a highly strategic position where you will align internal resources and partners to sell and support SAS services and solutions and focus on growing revenue.     You will   - Position and leverage sales and business development opportunities to grow and retain dedicated, strategic customers at all levels within their organization. - Develop a 12/24/36 month account plan for each key client in the territory. Keys to success include understanding the client’s key business objectives, the constraints keeping the client from fully realizing those objectives, how SAS could help the customer to overcome those constraints, and the primary contacts within the client who are charged with overcoming those constraints to drive business success. - Implement strategies for generating business development opportunities within the territory based on the multi-year account plan and the identified business needs of the client where SAS can address those needs. - Qualify each opportunity to determine SAS’ fit, the client’s readiness to purchase, and the probability of successfully closing each opportunity by developing a formalized opportunity plan for each key sales engagement. - Partner with cross functional teams including technical sales consultants, post sales consultants, SAS management, and SAS legal to navigate sales engagements and close opportunities when forecasted. - Develop an in depth understanding of company pricing and licensing procedures. - Prepare quotations and proposals; working collaboratively with his/her extended sales team to create and finalize contracts and set time schedules for the provision of professional services and training. - Accurately forecast revenues to ensure customer engagements will close when anticipated and at the forecasted value.    What we're looking for - Minimum Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Marketing, MIS, or other client industry relevant discipline. - Minimum of eight years of experience within the Telecommunications/Media vertical. - Proven success building a book of business and client references through consulting engagements and business development efforts. - Existing relationships and professional network at various levels of client organizations. - Ability to be at customer's site(s) 2-3 out of 5 days of the week building rapport and working directly with customer(s) to solve complex business problems. - Ability to travel as much as 50% or as business needs require. - Work locations of New York, Philadelphia and Cary, NC preferred. We are seeking a Technical Architect to work with potential and existing customers to discuss technical vision, lead conversations around the art of the possible, and construct complex application architectures. In this role, the Technical Architect will focus on the underlying SAS technology core and may specialize in specific technical issues such as security, data management, system integration and user interface. You will need a strong understanding of product mgmt./development, cloud operations, and relationship management skills in a highly technical, dynamic environment. As part of the Product Management team, you will bridge the technical and business worlds collaborating closely with our customers, Research & Development, User Experience, and Engineering teams to build innovative features and solutions that support Supply Chain and Fulfillment operations.   You will: - Serve as the subject matter expert and evangelist for SAS Fulfillment solutions to deliver amazing new capabilities.. - Interact with prospective and current customers gathering customer needs/requirements/feedback, discuss new features, and present product roadmap - Advocate for customer needs clearly and compellingly to the rest of the product team - Identify improvements to existing product processes; develop a strong understanding of processes and technology - Manage stakeholder expectations across functions and customers - Work closely with marketing, sales and solution engineering - deliver product briefs, train the team on new product features and capabilities and participate in pre-sale activities What we’re looking for: - 8+ years of relevant work experience in product management shaping business strategy for products or services, and/ or supply chain experience.  - Proven track record of working with multiple stakeholder’s cross-functionally to manage entire product lifecycle from ideation through execution. - Passionate about customer outreach and research. Able to understand and clearly articulate market problems - Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or similar field with experience applying analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making and comfort with financial and operational analysis - Ability to demonstrate strong organizational direction, time management, problem-solving, prioritization, goal setting, leadership and motivation, negotiation, interpersonal relations, verbal/written communications. - Excellent interpersonal skills; proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management - Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (as the job requires) - You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
