Tracking - Assesses training effectiveness through collection of training related metrics and reporting from corporate Learning Management System and other training related data sources. - Plans, collects, and analyzes training-related metrics. - Creates reports from Learning Management System (LMS) and other training related data sources. - Supports customer audits. - Supports end users. - Performs other related duties, as assigned Essential - Bachelor's degree in English, Computer Science, Communications, Education, Instructional Design or related field. - Five (5) years of combined training experience in a technical environment (experience in the software industry preferred). As a Solutions Architect on the Customer Intelligence team, you will be working on the next generation of our client’s software, working side by side with a cross functional team of product owners, quality assurance, sales support and engineers.
